The computer generated reports can be printed on site, emailed or both. The reports are easy to understand explaining any defect in clear language. Photos of major defects can be easily added to the report and a summary of the defects will be included. John will educate you about the features of the home, give maintenance tips and patiently answer any question you have. John will also gladly answer questions after the inspection as long as you own the home.
