John did an extremely thorough inspection of my home and even took the time to show me how certain appliances operate and how to best take care of them. In the end, he provided me with a comprehensive, easy to read pamphlet outlining his findings. I would highly recommend John to all of my friends and family.

" I have been recommending John Cranor to buyers for several years now. It has gotten to the point where I am not comfortable recommending anyone else. John does research, stays up to date on issues in the home buying and selling business and is frequently a great source of information for me.
It is commonly recommended by brokers that agents refer buyers to at least three home inspectors. My experience with John is it would be irresponsible of me to direct buyers anywhere else. Guess who inspects all of my personal home purchases?"

"I strongly urge anyone that is planning to purchase a home to call John Cranor. A house is one of the biggest purchases you will ever make. And purchasing a home without the help of a good home inspector is like going to court without a good attorney. Home inspectors are there for you and look out for your best interest. John Cranor does exactly that. He is very thorough and professional. It is obvious to me that John takes great pride in his work by taking the time to do it right. No stone is left unturned. He checks every nook & cranny for problems that were hidden, or that you simply may have overlooked. It is easy to overlook the faults of a house in the excitement of finding your "dream home". Remember Tom Hanks in the movie Money Pit? John can also point out potential future problems based on the current condition of the home. Of course, I do not know any house that does not have it's share of problems or things that could simply be improved. And if you have absolutely fallen in love and decide you still want to purchase the home despite any faults, you can still use the nicely printed list that John gives you as a list of home projects to work on in case you ever decide to sell it in the future. You can also use his list to negotiate and lower the price of the house. Why buy someone else's problems? Don't let purchasing your new home turn into Money Pit 2. Call someone that knows what they're doing: John Cranor."

"John was thorough and detailed in his inspection of the house I had a contract on. He took alot of time in order to make certain that he checked out every aspect of the house. He presented his findings in a detailed report and he even took the time to go over the report with me and my agent! Because John was so careful, thorough and committed to doing an extensive inspection he was able to locate some issues that ended up saving me alot of money, headaches and heartache down the road. I cannot thank John enough for the wonderful job he did for me and I would definitely recommend Cranor Home Inspections to anyone needing to have a home inspection. Thank you John!"
